WHAT IS YIN YOGA?
Yin is a yoga practice focused on lengthening and releasing tension in the connective tissues - fascia, tendons, and ligaments - rather than the skeletal muscles of the body. Great for athletes, those with muscular injury, and anyone who want to find rest in a extended yoga postures.

60-minute yin practice.
15-minute yoga nidra.
